Return & Refund Policy
At The Office Outlet we want you to love your purchase from us. If you don't then please intimate the delivery team at the time of installation to return your purchase.
Timeframe: Return credits are issued within 15 days from when the item is received and inspected.
Method: Credits will be issued only in the form of store credit.
Amount:Your refund total will equal the merchandise price, less the return shipping cost and shipping and handling fee of 20% of the purchase value.
A few conditions to be eligible for a refund:
- The product has to be returned immediately when the delivery team visits your premises, so please be available at the premises at time of delivery.
- Returns will only be accepted with submission of proof of identity.
The few exceptions that cannot be returned include:
- Clearance Items
- Gift Certificates
- Personalized Items
- Items Marked “NonReturnable” (clearly indicated on the sale page before placing your order)
Please note: If you have changed your mind after receiving your purchases, then no return will be possible. The amount will be reimbursed only as store credit to your account, less the return shipping cost and shipping and handling fee of 20% of the purchase value.
